Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Execute and support operational components of general compensation programs, ensuring data accuracy, system compliance, and disciplined process execution across benchmarking, incentive, and cycle activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute survey data uploads, peer group setup, and benchmarking maintenance.
- Support annual and mid-year compensation cycle execution in Workday.
- Maintain data accuracy for bonus groups, eligibility controls, and job profiles.




- Support financial tracking and reporting activities.
- Assist with audit documentation and monitoring controls.
- Execute recurring system validations and compliance checks.
- Support vendor coordination and operational follow-ups.

Qualifications REQUERIMENTS
- 1-2 Years
- Basic knowledge of compensation
- Ability to execute system transactions accurately (data uploads, validations, eligibility checks).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
- Capability to perform structured data validations and reconciliation
- Basic analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring deadlines
- Operates with autonomy within defined scope
- Clear and professional communication skills
