About the Role
The
Talent Acquisition Operations Intern
will oversee scheduling requirements for Mexico and gain comprehensive insight into business operations and talent acquisition methodologies. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment initiatives at Uber Freight, ensuring a professional candidate experience, and managing complex scheduling logistics. This position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the organizational development of a rapidly expanding general entity.

Basic Qualifications
Currently an active student in their 6th or 7th semester pursuing a Bachelor's in Administration, Talent Development, Organizational Culture, Business, or any related subject area.
Interest in learning about the Admin side of the Talent Acquisition Area.
Expert level in speaking and writing English.
Can be onsite in our Monterrey Office: Part-time.
Preferred Qualifications
Past HR or coordination internship experience.
Front Office: Email drafting, calendar management.
Highly organized with a meticulous approach to time and project management.
