What you will work on
Managing complex calendars, investor calls, and cross-time-zone scheduling Coordinating travel, logistics, and operational support for research and investor trips Organizing investor materials, reporting packs, and data room updates Supporting hiring processes: sourcing, coordinating interviews, and candidate experience Assisting with recruiting pipelines for engineers, quants, and interns Driving internal projects and strategic initiatives across operations, hiring, and infrastructure Preparing documents, presentations, and internal communications Acting as a central hub across leadership, research, and external partners Handling ad-hoc operati
