Senior HCM Analyst (21612)
with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions and business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and core configuration.
- Proven experience creating Workday reports and analytical dashboards.




- Experience gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting HR business processes and system enhancements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills:
- Workday certifications.
- Experience with Workday integrations and security.
- Knowledge of additional Workday modules.
- Experience supporting general HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRIS best practices and process optimization.
