Position Overview
Midea is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to oversee warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy across our logistics network.
This role combines operational warehouse knowledge with strong analytical and administrative capabilities to monitor performance, optimize processes, and ensure warehouses operate efficiently and according to company standards.
The position requires close collaboration with integral teams, including China, and the ability to support cross-regional coordination when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure warehouse operations are executed accurately and on time across facilities.
Oversee inventory control processes,



including stock reconciliation and discrepancy analysis.
Analyze warehouse performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of logistics and inventory processes.
Support project management initiatives focused on operational efficiency and results.
Prepare reports and presentations on inventory performance and operational metrics.
Ensure proper ERP/WMS usage for inventory tracking and warehouse operations.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field.
Experience
Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control.
Background in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics operations.
