The Role We are seeking a
Industrial Engineering & Projects
to lead new lines implementation, process optimization, production line balancing, and resource allocation for engineering projects. This role plays a crucial part in designing, maintaining, and improving production processes while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The adecuado candidate will leverage Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation strategies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Design and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectives. Conduct time and motion studies to balance workloads, minimize idle time, and increase productivity. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to reduce waste, improve operational efficiency, and boost competitiveness. Plan, coordinate, and execute expansion, automation, and process improvement projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Optimize the use of materials, energy, and labor, implementing cost-reduction strategies to improve profitability. Develop and oversee standardized procedures to improve product quality and minimize defects. Ensure the proper operation of key equipment, including mixing, encapsulation, filling, sealing, and labeling machinery, recommending improvements and preventi
