Provide leadership and financial and technical expertise on projects requiring highly complex financial analysis and work on cross-functional teams with other departments, as appropriate. Analyze the potential financial consequences of alternative business decisions relating to profit opportunities and significant capital expenditures. Prepare analysis and interpretation of financial statements and related reports.
Design complex worksheets and/or databases for tracking and reporting and assist with creating upcoming budgets and financial plans for the business unit. Review and guide work of less experienced personnel to verify accuracy of information used for financial analyses, using internal and external reports, other departments,
and published data. Research, analyze and document moderate to complex financial analysis projects within assigned department. Prepare and analyze operating and strategic plans, including quarterly and monthly forecasts.
