- Manage and control warehouse process (inbound, picking, inventory) with a high standard of responsibility, keeping safety, quality and productivity KPI.
- Responsible of inventory accuracy and cycle count plan.
- Lead groups in order to reach productivity and safety guidelines (factory workers).
- Good communication with team members of different areas ( procurement, production team, planner, external warehouse , etc.).
- Available to roll shifts and cover weekend activities.
- Cultivate a positive workplace climate that encourages collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect among team members. What will you need to succeed?
