Generate new equity derivatives and structured products ideas, based on the BEC, Retail and Private Banking clients’ profiles and needs. Coordinate the structuring of tailor-made transactions for Private Banking clients. Focus on boosting revenues by developing new product proposals - Price the equity and structured products non-CIB clients’ requests, in coordination withthe Global Markets (GM) trading and structuring desks and the non
- CIB Products & Segments units - Assist the in handling the Multiproduct Specialists ad-hoc equity and structured products requests for BEC clients - Monitor the Sales Networks Investment Products unit activy, results, pipeline and budget compliance. Coordinate the elaboration of periodic and ad-hoc reports about main activity indicators - Draft and review relevant legal documentation and contracts in collaboration with Legal CIB - Stay abreast of the specific regulation that may affect the equity derivatives and structured products commercialization to the Private Banking and Retail clients. Comply with both internal and external operational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements - Generate recurrent income in order to meet the revenue targets that are set each year in the Sales Networks Investment Products unit and the Internal Network Regional unit overall budget - Assist middle and back office in the transactions’ settlement and in solving all kind of problems and incidences.
