In this role you will be responsible for providing support to multiple projects, customer and development related for seatbelt product line, Development and validation of seatbelt products. Lead, execute and support various project activities during technical phases of awarded programs. This will require collaboration with all CFT team members (mostly divisional and occasionally integral), interface with OEM’s, internal supporting groups, manufacturing facilities, and suppliers.

- Design and validate seatbelt products and components to ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and Autoliv engineering specifications.




- Collaborate directly with customers to balance styling expectations with Autoliv’s standard design practices, manufacturing capabilities, and cost objectives.
- Coordinate with global engineering teams to support the localization, validation, and successful launch of global programs.
- Analyze customer specifications and translate technical requirements into robust product designs, ensuring all validation activities are completed according to program timelines.
- Drive product development activities to achieve RightFirstTime(1P1P) objectives by optimizing design quality, manufacturability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

If you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree in MechanicalEngineering,MechatronicsEngineering,IndustrialEngineering, or a related field.
- AdvancedEnglishproficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills; willingness to support regional teams across Mexico and the United States.
