In this role you will be responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused SCM support services while driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain operations.

- Lead, develop, and mentor the SCMServiceCenterteam, ensuring high performance, employee engagement, and consistent delivery of procurement support services.
- Manage day-to-day service operations, balancing workloads and monitoring performance against established ServiceLevelAgreements(SLAs), KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Oversee core SupplyChainManagementsupportprocesses, including supplier onboarding, master data management,



RFQ administration, purchase requisition and purchase order support, catalog maintenance, and invoice inquiry resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Purchasing,Finance,AccountsPayable,Engineering,Legal,andPlantOperations to drive compliance, improve service delivery, and support business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by standardizing processes, implementing automation, enhancing data quality, developing performance dashboards, and increasing operational efficiency across SCM support services.

If you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree in SupplyChainManagement,BusinessAdministration,Finance,OperationsManagement, or a related field.
- Minimum 7yearsofexperience in supply chain, procurement operations, shared services, purchasing support, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments, including 3+yearsofleadershipexperience managing teams.
