Work Location

Schedule SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 7am - 7pm MDT

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and gather accurate service information.
- Dispatch towing and roadside assistance requests to the most appropriate driver or towing company.
- Schedule and assign jobs based on driver availability, location, equipment, and priority.
- Provide customers with estimated arrival times and regular service updates.
- Monitor active jobs from dispatch through completion.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure timely service.
- Update customers regarding delays, changes, and job status.
- Accurately enter customer and job information into dispatch software.
- Coordinate with multiple towing companies to maximize efficiency and response times.
- Handle emergency and high-priority situations with professionalism and urgency.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, dispatches, and completed services.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.





Required Qualifications
- Previous dispatch, customer service, call center, logistics, or transportation experience is REQUIRED.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required.:
- Excellent English pronunciation, grammar, and professional telephone communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with English-speaking customers over the phone.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to gather accurate information quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet service and a dedicated, quiet workspace if working remotely.
