Position Overview

The Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts, supporting both Trans 99 Logistics USA's asset-based transportation services and brokerage solutions.

This is not a traditional customer service or track-and-trace position. We are seeking a relationship builder, problem solver,



and growth-minded professional who can develop strategic partnerships, identify new opportunities, and help expand Trans 99's presence within existing customer organizations.

Success in this role is measured by customer retention, account growth, revenue expansion, and the ability to create value for both the customer and Trans 99 Logistics USA.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with transportation managers, logistics leaders, procurement teams, and decision-makers
- Develop a deep understanding of customer operations, supply chain needs, and growth initiatives
- Conduct regular customer reviews focused on performance, service improvements, and future opportunities
