JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for HR data entry and maintenance of HR system activities associated with employee information, while maintaining a high level of data integrity for assigned sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate and timely entry of employee related transactions (job, personal, and benefit) into various HRIS tools including SAP HR and/or Employee Central.
- Maintain Organizational Structure in SAP HR, keeping abreast of company-wide organizational changes.




- Critically evaluate Employee Change Forms for accuracy and adherence to company policies and protocol. Work with local HR teams to resolve data integrity issues where appropriate.
- Support the communication and interpretation of Jabil’s HR systems strategies, procedures & compliance requirements.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Functional knowledge of HR business processes and master data structures and how they relate to and incorporate into HR related business systems.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, as well as propose system and process improvements.
