Intermex Inc. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Fleet Parts Coordinator to support our charter bus and motorcoach fleet operations.

This position plays a critical role in keeping our fleet operational by sourcing parts, managing inventory, coordinating with mechanics, and supporting maintenance operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase parts for motorcoaches, vans, and fleet vehicles
- Research pricing, availability, warranties, and delivery timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage fleet parts inventory and monitor stock levels
- Create purchase orders and track parts expenses
- Coordinate directly with mechanics and maintenance personnel
- Verify correct parts using VINs, engine serial numbers, and vehicle specifications
- Track shipments, returns, warranty claims, and vendor credits
- Assist with emergency breakdown situations and urgent parts procurement
- Maintain organized digital records and inventory systems
- Prepare reports on inventory usage, parts spending, and vehicle downtime

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance, heavy-duty diesel, bus, truck, or transportation parts coordination.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and maintenance operations
- Experience working with vendors, dealerships, and aftermarket suppliers
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish

Preferred Experience
- Motorcoach, charter bus, transit, trucking, or fleet maintenance industry
- Familiarity with Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Volvo, and Allison systems
- Experience supporting remote maintenance operations
