Job Objective:
- Design and govern the backend architecture of distributed systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and efficiency in data and process management.

Your role:
- Design distributed architectures (microservices, modular monoliths)Define backend development standardsSelect technologies (Java,.NET, Node.js, Python, etc.)Design APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC)Implement scalability strategies (horizontal/vertical)Define design patterns (DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing)Manage databases (SQL and NoSQL)Design security mechanisms (authentication, authorization,



encryption)Ensure monitoring, logging, and observabilityCollaborate on CI/CD pipelines

Your profile:
- 7+ years in backend development, 2+ in architecture
- Experience with high-concurrency systems
- Proficiency in backend languages (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, Go)
- Experience with APIs and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of advanced design patterns

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design
- Knowledge of serverless architectures
- Experience with mission-critical or financial systems

Need to know:
