The main responsibilities are to:
- Educate plant leadership team on impact of operational decisions and the impact on financial results
- Respond timely and thoughtfully to ad hoc financial requests
- Prepare and review operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements along with deep analytics of plant performance
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements along with deep analytics of plant performance
- Participate in daily/weekly stand up meetings driving production and monthly operational meetings
- Oversee the monthly financial close process for the plant, including account reconciliations
- Prepare and prepare yearly financial target

Perfil buscado





A successful Senior Financial Analyst should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Strong Excel skills for financial modeling are a must
- Desire to be in the plant/on the manufacturing floor on a daily basis
- Well grounded in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Ability to work cross functionally and an ability to influence at all levels within the organization
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
- Highly motivated, self-aware, collaborative, and responsive
- Cost Accounting Experience
- Good communication skills with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way; English >80% written and verbal
