Job Summary: Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q12027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Tax Analyst located on Flex North. Reporting to the Industria Sr Director, Finance the Tax Analyst is responsible for supporting tax compliance activities for Mexico legal entities,



ensuring the accurate preparation of tax calculations, filings, reconciliations, and reporting in accordance with Mexican tax regulations.
The position also assists with tax audits, tax analysis, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
What a typical day looks like:
- Support the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax compliance obligations for Mexico legal entities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual tax calculations, including VAT (IVA), income tax (ISR), withholding taxes, and other applicable tax obligations.
- Prepare tax reconciliations and support the reconciliation of tax-related balance sheet and P&L; accounts.
- Support the analysis of tax transactions and ensure proper tax treatment in accordance with Mexican tax regulations.
