The position and your daily adventures We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to execute, optimize, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance platforms.



This is a hands-on role for someone who loves data, experimentation, and turning budgets into measurable growth. You will own the day-to-day operation of performance campaigns, continuously improving CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion, working closely with creative, analytics, and growth teams. You'll be part of a high-performance team managing a US$2M+ monthly budget. What you can expect: Reporting: Create weekly and ad-hoc performance reports. Constant monitoring and daily adjustments of paid ads campaigns on Google, Facebook and new channels. Launch new campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and targeting strategies Monitor performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations. Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Digital Transformation Engineering, (or similar) with an orientation to data analysis. 2+ years hands-on
