You will help us keep our corporate structure sharp, support business-critical contracts, and partner closely with high-performing teams. This role is designed to give you real ownership, exposure, and learning from day one. Required Qualifications Law degree completed or in the final stage of graduation, with all coursework completed and only the thesis or graduation formalities pending. Full-time availability. Based in Mexico City (CDMX), with availability to attend in-person meetings or signings when required. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Strong legal writing skills in Spanish, including the ability to draft clear, structured, and well-reasoned legal documents. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines. Prior experience (internships, clerkships, or junior roles) reviewing, drafting, or supporting legal documents such as contracts, corporate records, NDAs, or compliance materials. Ability to work autonomously on assigned matters, escalate issues appropriately, and
