Job Description The Lead Application Analyst for Blue Yonder WMS role at Fortune Brands Innovations will serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) and functional leader within the IT team. This role is responsible for the configuration, customization, maintenance, and support of the Blue Yonder WMS application to optimize supply chain, distribution, and warehouse operations. This lead position will bridge the gap between IT, distribution center (DC) operations, and external vendors, driving system enhancements, implementations, and troubleshooting complex issues. System Configuration and Technical Leadership Configure, customize, maintain, and support Blue Yonder WMS functionality. Support Blue Yonder interfaces between WMS,



ERP (i.e., Oracle), and Material Handling Equipment (MHE / WCS / WES). Project Management and Implementation Lead technical aspects of WMS upgrades, rollouts, and new site implementations. Define requirements, design solutions, and perform gap analysis to translate business needs into technical specs. Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live Cutover activities. Support and Optimization Provide Level 2/3 functional and technical support for production environments managing P1/P2 incidents. Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on system incidents and implement preventative measures. Act as an IT liaison for DC sites operating on Blue Yonder. Coordinate support from other internal IT teams and external vendors. Mentorship and Governance Mentor and guide junior analysts and offshore team members on BY WMS functionality and best practices.
