Our local, on-the-ground teams understand the nuances of every community we serve. We are seeking an experienced Import and Export Specialist to join our team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for overseeing all import and export activities, ensuring adherence to Mexican customs regulations, managing Carta Porte, and maintaining effective communication with vendors, customs brokers, and internal departments. Customs Compliance and Documentation: Prepare and verify import and export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations, and Carta Porte. Ensure compliance with IMMEX, VAT, and other regulatory requirements for imports and exports, staying up to date with changes in Mexican customs law. Operations Management: Plan, schedule,



and monitor import and export shipments, optimizing routes and methods to ensure timely delivery. Manage documentation and processes for special programs such as Inbound shipments and temporary imports under IMMEX. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze import/export metrics, such as costs, transit times, and compliance accuracy. Generate monthly reports on key performance indicators and compliance status to support continuous improvement efforts. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking for goods under IMMEX programs. Manage import/export records and maintain up-to-date records for audits and compliance reviews.
