WHAT YOU'LL DO Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning objectives and content requirements. Design and develop technical training materials, including but not limited to, courses, videos, tutorials, and assessments. Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using various formats, such as written content, multimedia, simulations, and hands-on exercises. Design effective learning experiences, incorporating best practices in adult learning theory, instructional strategies, and evaluation methods. Write, edit, and review instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and e-learning modules. Ensure that content is accurate, up-to-date,
and aligned with industry best practices. Understand and assist in the management of organization, storage, and accessibility of learning resources, ensuring they are easily accessible to learners and trainers. Analyze evaluation data to identify areas for improvement and refine curriculum accordingly. Ensure that training materials adhere to industry standards, compliance requirements, and organizational quality assurance processes. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Engineering). Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
