Description We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities in the affiliate marketing space. This role requires a combination of strategic research, strong business sense, and the ability to effectively engage with decision-makers to set appointments and drive the sales process forward. Qualify leads by evaluating company size, annual revenue, vertical, and existing affiliate programs. Target decision-makers within eCommerce departments (CMOs, VPs, Marketing Managers) and set appointments for Account Executives to drive the sales process. Use CRM systems (Zoho, Smart Lead) to maintain accurate lead records, track interactions, and ensure follow-ups are timely and efficient. Leverage research tools such as Sales Navigator to identify and engage with target prospects effectively. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead qualification to the sales process. Regularly update and refine lead lists,



ensuring they remain current and relevant based on quarterly data updates. Requirements Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, including knowledge of affiliate networks, agencies, and publisher operations. Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce) and lead management. Strong research and analytical skills, able to evaluate leads based on both data and experience. Experience in sales development or business development, ideally in the affiliate marketing or eCommerce sectors. Must be based in Mexico Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs, networks, and agencies. Ability to analyze and assess the fit of affiliate programs using both data-driven and intuitive approaches.
