THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Revenue Marketing Senior Manager (Demand Generation) for our SS LATAM market (Argentina, Chile, and Mexico). This role is based in Mexico City (CDMX) and will report directly to the Regional Marketing Director . You will map the buyer journey from start to close and drive brand awareness across both SMB and Enterprise companies. This role focuses on B2B marketing and on generating leads and revenue for the SS LATAM Enterprise market . YOUR IMPACT You will be responsible for analyzing the SS LATAM B2B pipeline, reviewing channel performance, sales cycles, conversion rates, and other key metrics. Become the expert on the SS LATAM market: understand our segments, industries, and buyer personas,



and guide how our marketing efforts support the sales cycle and buyer journey. Engage with executive stakeholders, preparing business cases for resources and budgets that influence multiple markets and teams. Analyze data to generate insights and market intelligence that inform strategy and decision-making. WHO YOU ARE 5+ years of demand/lead generation experience in a B2B environment. Solid understanding of sales cycles and inbound pipelines. Highly data-driven, with a focus on objective, evidence-based decision-making. Experience in both digital and offline marketing, including CRM, nurture flows, content, events/field marketing, and trade shows. Uses OKRs and data to measure and guide performance. Native Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency.
