We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Manager Middle
to join our Service & Account Operations team in
Apodaca, Nuevo León
. In this role, you will coordinate and execute key customer-focused initiatives, serving as the critical bridge between our clients and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery and dynamic problem-solving. This position reports directly to the Service Operations Coordinator and offers an excellent opportunity for a project professional to drive high-impact accounts within an international industrial environment.
Project Coordination:
Plan, track, and execute end-to-end customer projects, ensuring deliverables meet established deadlines and quality standards. Risk & Schedule Monitoring:
Develop project timelines, monitor progress, proactively identify potential delays, and implement effective mitigation plans. Service Compliance:
Ensure all project workflows adhere to company protocols,
service-level agreements (SLAs), and applicable industry regulations.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. Experience:
3 to 5 years of proven experience in project coordination, client delivery, or account management (preferably in industrial or B2B environments). Advanced / Fluent English (mandatory for daily oral and written business communication with integral stakeholders). Project Management Skills:
