Job Description
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst plays a key role in supporting core People & Culture processes and ensuring the effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs. This role combines datadriven analysis with process execution, providing operational support across P&C; systems, reporting, compensation cycles, benefits administration, and compliance.
The analyst partners closely with P&C;, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to maintain data integrity, streamline workflows,



and help implement general and local C&B; initiatives that align with the company's overall people strategy. What Your Impact Will Be Participate in annual compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW) and analyze results to assess market competitiveness.
Calculate and track variable compensation payments, including quarterly Short-Term Incentive Plan (SIP) payouts and Brazil Profit Sharing (PLR), in coordination with PCBPs, Sales Admin, Finance, and Payroll. Support the review and update of country-specific salary structures, ensuring alignment with market data and organizational strategy. Participate in regional and global Total Rewards initiatives, including the implementation of new tools and policies.
Analyze data and develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making and optimize compensation and benefits programs. Review and track headcount data to ensure accuracy and provide visibility into vacant, occupi
