Job Description • Coordinate training processes and projects (delivery and tracking) primarily for IFT personnel aligned with Managers and brand/training strategy focusing on product and sales knowledge. • Administrate Abbvie Learning platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus) and training innovative tools. • Generate continuous training reports. • Administration and tracking of AbbVie training platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus), including uploading of on-line courses for all affiliate and sales force tracking. • Lead custom projects including coordination, preparation of files, and evaluation of proofs and print aligned with Training Managers: o Coordinate the delivery of Sales Force training needs diagnosis in TAs Knowledge (by brand) that will support brand plans execution.
o Coordinate and deliver training courses of TA ́s knowledge and Challenger for Sales teams (by brand) and evaluate the positive transfer of training. o Deliver content in response to local needs within the general framework by using innovative tools (gamification tools as Gamelearn, Training Arcade and surveys). • Observe Field Sales team in role plays, providing constructive feedback after observation. • Lead custom projects including coordination, preparation of files, and evaluation. • Continuously improve training content by using new methods and technology that will ncrease training effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (business management, marketing, science or a related field is required) Intermediate level of English language (speaking and writing). Experience with agile software development and usage of training platforms- digital environment. Team player in every task, program
