About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Director of Performance Marketing to lead the marketing performance function in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. This is a senior leadership role focused on team management, operational excellence, and driving measurable growth. The Director will oversee performance marketing initiatives across North American markets, build scalable processes,



and ensure all campaigns have clear KPIs and accountability. Build and manage a team of Funnel-, CRM- & marketing managers as well as Media Buyers providing 7-day-a-week coverage across European and North American time zones.
