About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing marketing agency serving over 150 home service businesses. They specialize in performance-driven campaigns and are heavily investing in AI and automation to improve lead generation, tracking accuracy, and operational efficiency. They are looking for a
hands-on Full Stack Engineer with proven experience in marketing/ad tech environments
to build and scale internal systems that directly support campaign performance and revenue operations. This is a
builder role , not a strategy-only position. You will develop internal tools, integrate AI into marketing workflows, and improve how the agency operates across
ad platforms, tracking systems, and CRM-driven pipelines . You'll work closely with leadership, media buyers, and operators to turn ideas into
production-ready systems that directly impact campaign performance and lead conversion .
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Tool Development (Primary Focus)
Build and deploy internal tools using
Next.js, React,
and Python Develop
marketing dashboards, reporting systems, and operational tools Replace manual workflows with scalable, automated solutions
2. Marketing Data, Tracking & Attribution (Core Focus)
Implement and optimize
Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) Ensure accurate
event tracking, deduplication, and attribution Build pipelines connecting
ad platforms → backend systems → dashboards Develop reporting systems that enable
campaign optimization (ROAS, CPL, conversion quality)
3. AI Integration in Marketing Workflows
Apply AI to real marketing use cases such as: Ad copy and creative generation Lead scoring and qualification Campaign insights and reporting automation Work with APIs such as
OpenAI and similar AI platforms Build AI systems embedded into
live marketing and operational workflows
4. CRM & Lead Lifecycle Automation (Critical)
Integrate and automate CRM systems such as
