Roles & Responsibilities• Risk Management: Identify potential design-related risks,



and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects in engineering and drafting deliverables.• Analyze the customer's technical specifications regarding the application of Siemens AIS products along with associated protection and control systems and design appropriate product solutions to meet the customers' expectations cost-effectively and in a timely manner. Create all documents for customer approval and manufacturing of energy management equipment.• Work with application engineering, project management, sales, and customers to resolve technical issues.• Work on developing and implementing new software design solutions for the team.• Factory Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing teams to address production challenges and ensure smooth implementation of designs.
