Booking Specialist
to join our team in a
remote position . This role involves supporting the daily operations of your own travel agency while ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The adecuado candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities in both written and verbal interactions. Responsibilities
Manage communications
- Handle inbound calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Schedule coordination
- Arrange meetings based on availability across different teams and stakeholders. Organize resources
- Maintain and optimize processes for document management and accessibility. Training and certifications
- Provide accurate guidance to travelers regarding bookings and travel requirements. Policy communication
- Inform clients and team members about new procedures, regulations, and travel guidelines. Executive support




- Assist with travel bookings, expense reports, and communications for senior-level staff as needed. Requirements

High school diploma. Experience in the travel industry is not necesary Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive and proactive attitude. Problem-solving mindset with resourcefulness and creativity. Familiarity with a computer, smarthphone, tablet, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint and google plattforms) We are a company with home-based travel business designed to empower individuals to transition from consumers to entrepreneurs.
