We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in performance marketing to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP), Walmart Connect, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Shop & TikTok Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max), Reddit Ads, Instacart Ads, and other retail media channels ; Improve TACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, and overall profitability through keyword research, bid optimization, audience targeting, campaign restructuring, and continuous testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and promotional strategies; Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency targets, monitor inventory levels,



and adjust advertising spend accordingly; Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards, report on channel performance, and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights; Requirements 3+ years managing performance marketing for eCommerce or CPG brands; Deep experience with Amazon PPC; Experience managing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns; Experience scaling TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads; Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; Ability to interpret data and make fast decisions; Experience managing advertising budgets profitably; Experience with Reddit Ads and community-driven marketing; Experience with Instacart Ads or retail media networks; Experience working with food, beverage, or snack brands; Experience with Shopify brands; Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, Data Dive, Pacvue, Perpetua, Quartile, Triple Whale, or similar platforms; Experience with creative testing and landing page optimization; Benefits Work from home; Starting salary of USD $2.
