Your Role As a Tech Lead Full Stack with a strong software architecture mindset , you will lead the technical delivery of digital products end-to-end—hands-on when needed—while guiding teams toward scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and evolution of technology solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability . microservices vs modular monolith ), applying patterns such as DDD , Clean/Hexagonal Architecture , and event-driven approaches when relevant. Design, build, and evolve REST APIs , including versioning, contract-first practices ( OpenAPI ), backward compatibility, and robust error handling. Define and enforce engineering standards: clean code , testing strategy, code reviews, observability, security practices, and CI/CD .
