We are currently seeking a Transportation Training Specialist to join our team in Querétaro. Work Shift : Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.Design, schedule, and deliver training programs tailored to truck drivers, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing development for experienced drivers. Ensure training aligns with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Support fleet managers in identifying training gaps and solutions for driver development. Guide supervisors in the performance evaluation process as it relates to training needs. Develop easy-to-understand training toolkits, videos, manuals, and digital resources. Maintain up-to-date content on internal learning platforms (e.g., Monitor training completion, certifications, and compliance deadlines. Create reports and dashboards to track training effectiveness and driver performance improvements.



Work with the safety team to integrate safety protocols into training. Collaborate with HR on driver development plans, career growth paths, and retention strategies. Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from drivers and managers to identify skill gaps and training opportunities. transitioning from local to long-haul driving, or into supervisory roles). Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment.
