We are looking for Tech Support Engineers to join our mission. Whether you are deep-diving into complex SQL queries or investigating code logic to find a bug, your work will directly impact millions of fans worldwide. we value growth,

Perform deep-dive investigations using log analysis and monitoring tools. Write and optimize complex SQL queries to resolve data-related issues. Proven experience in tech support or troubleshooting roles with excellent problem-solving skills. Database Expert: Strong understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL (writing complex queries and stored procedures). Knowledge of APIs, services, and client-server architecture (RESTful APIs and JSON). Environments: Understanding of the Unix/Linux environment. Tools: Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk) and exposure to monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, or Kibana).
