Location: Guadalajara, México, Must be legally authorized to work and currently residing in Mexico. ️ Language: Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full-cycle accounting process for multiple property entities, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. Manage financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and relevant financial regulations. Leverage Yardi to manage property-level financial data and drive process improvements.



Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and operations to provide financial insight and analysis. Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Provide timely and accurate forecasts, variance analysis, and budget reports to senior leadership. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Direct experience in property management or real estate accounting. Strong command of Yardi Voyager (or similar Yardi platforms). Bilingual in English and Spanish – fluent in both written and verbal communication. Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems. Solid understanding of GAAP, property-level accounting, and real estate tax concepts. P
