Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process. Provide a world-class candidate experience Communicate feedback effectively to applicants Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc. Strong stakeholder manager: excellent communication skills, unbeatable market insight and proven expertise up to director level help drive decisions through data and reporting. A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field C2 or Native English level, other languages are a plus.
