Job Description
- Coordinate training processes and projects (delivery and tracking) primarily for IFT personnel aligned with Managers and brand/training strategy focusing on product and sales knowledge.
- Obtain needs in the field to create and update skills processes with people in the field.
- Administrate Abbvie Learning platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus) and training innovative tools.
- Generate continuous training reports.
- Works within AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.




- Administration and tracking of AbbVie training platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus), including uploading of on-line courses for all affiliate and sales force tracking.
- Lead custom projects including coordination, preparation of files, and evaluation of proofs and print aligned with Training Managers: o Coordinate the delivery of Sales Force training needs diagnosis in TAs Knowledge (by brand) that will support brand plans execution. o Coordinate and deliver training courses of TA ́s knowledge and Challenger for Sales teams (by brand) and evaluate the positive transfer of training. o Deliver content in response to local needs within the integral framework by using innovative tools (gamification tools as Gamelearn, Training Arcade and surveys).
- Observe Field Sales team in role plays, providing constructive feedback after observation.
- Lead custom projects including coordination, preparation of files, and evaluation.
