The team operates in a fully remote, fast-paced environment that values empathy, initiative, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Patient Support & Communication:



50% Act as the first line of contact for patient inquiries across platforms—EHR, secure chat, and phone—handling scheduling, prescription coordination, and follow-ups with clarity and empathy. Care Coordination & Navigation: 40% Work closely with our clinical team and external providers to coordinate diagnostic testing, imaging, referrals, and prior authorizations. Track patient progress across the care journey and ensure continuity of care. Operational Workflow Management: 10% Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, support onboarding for new patients, and flag care gaps and systemic or financial barriers to care. Serve as a Medical Scribe , accurately documenting patient encounters, physician notes, and other relevant information in the electronic medical record (EMR).
