Job Objective: We're hiring a Staff Fullstack Engineer to be a technical leader who can move fluidly across the entire stack—from database design to user interfaces.



As one of the first fullstack hires, you'll own end-to-end features, establish fullstack engineering standards, and serve as a bridge between our backend and frontend tech leads. This is a senior technical role with high autonomy and the opportunity to mentor future fullstack engineers as the team scales. You'll work closely with our Staff Backend and Staff Frontend engineers to ensure seamless integration across the platform, and help define patterns that enable rapid end-to-end feature delivery. You'll also collaborate closely with our CPO (Chief Product Officer), designers, and company leadership to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new tools and user experiences.
