you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important retail partners while driving sales performance and market expansion across the region. Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for assigned key retail accounts to maximize revenue growth and market penetration Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level retail partners through regular communication, strategic planning, and exceptional service delivery Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional programs that balance profitability with customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless account management and order fulfillment Monitor account performance metrics, sales data, and KPIs to track progress against targets and identify area
