Your mission, roles and responsibilities Related to the scope of responsibility: Become and act as an accountable, autonomous, and open-minded member in an international Team of IT engineers with global responsibilities Support the whole lifecycle of the group-wide IT Infrastructure and technologies (Plan/Build/Run) Support the deployment of general IT projects and provide technical expertise for internal and external stakeholders Manage and coordinate tasks and topics with relevant external service providers, partners, and integrators Review and develop further the IT systems/infrastructures and processes Take part in the creation/review and improvement of IT standards and policies Providing strategic and tactical advice for new and existing product and solutions related to the scope of responsibility Support, when required, the implementation of Proof of concept(s) and pilot(s)



Contribute in the creation and update/improvement of the documentation for the systems administrated Your profile and competencies to succeed The ideal candidate will be/have: Associates/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, applicable certifications, or 5 years experience in the function Familiarity with real time shop floor data systems and automotive production line processes is a plus Experience in an automotive manufacturing production environment preferred Excellent troubleshooting skills and understanding of when to escalate issues.
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population and demonstrate good interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Customer service skills training and experience in or out of IT preferred. Requires familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Server 2008 and above Requires familiarity with Microsoft Office Requires familiarity with software and hardware of PCs and Lenovo network servers.
