Technical & Commercial Support Provide expert pre‐ and post‐sales support for PFC and PC product lines. Interpret commercial and technical data to develop solutions for unique or complex customer challenges. Deliver post‐sales support, addressing installation inquiries, warranty concerns, and technical issues. Collaborate with Field Sales to negotiate pricing and drive upsell opportunities after project award. Prepare competitive cross‐references and application notes for supported product lines. Contribute to the development of new products or product enhancements in collaboration with engineering and marketing. Support product launch activities including project tracking, documentation, and coordination with cross‐functional teams.



Assist with complex design considerations in coordination with engineering teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical fiel Minimum 3 years of work experience within the electrical industry Strong technical knowledge of distribution and/or control equipment applications. Previous experience in sales or sales support roles. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, internet applications, and product configuration tools. Strong organizational, presentation, training, and planning skills.
