We are seeking an energetic Account Executive to drive Qureos's commercial expansion across Latin America. Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution
Own the full sales cycle: identify target accounts, run outbound, and lead discovery, demo, commercial negotiation, and contracting.
Work closely with marketing, SDRs, and customer success to keep pipeline healthy and conversion rates high.
Keep CRM data clean and forecasting accurate, since decisions are made on real data.

2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with a full closing cycle, owning deals from first touch to signed contract.
~ Native or fluent Spanish is mandatory, with the ability to communicate professionally.




~ Deep familiarity with the Colombian market and broader LatAM enterprise landscape: how procurement works, what drives buying decisions, and how to build trust with senior stakeholders.
~ Native Spanish speaker with strong business English; Portuguese is a strong plus for broader LatAM coverage.
~ Comfortable working with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, with strong pipeline hygiene discipline.
