Activities will include monitoring production systems for incident occurrence, alerting applicable parties when incidents arise and incident triaging and management. They will also carry out activities to prevent production incidents. The Data Production Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production data assets and overall operational efficiency. They ensure the reliability and accuracy of our data production processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, data acumen, problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. handling incidents and RCA Administers, analyzes, and prioritizes systems issues and negotiates a course of action for resolution. Supports workflow and solutions; trouble shoots user errors and supports reporting capabilities. Utilizes system monitoring utilities to monitor system availability. Extracts and compiles data system monitoring data to create availability scorecards and reports. System Monitoring: Continuously monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
