Role Overview The Chief of Staff / Investor Operations Partner will serve as a central operator supporting two senior partners, ensuring all investor workflows run smoothly and no detail falls through the cracks. This role blends investment operations, investor-relations-adjacent communication, personal workflow support, and process ownership. The adecuado candidate thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, brings exceptional judgment, and balances analytical thinking with high-quality execution. professional, and accurate, supporting high LP satisfaction and retention. Provide clear visibility into all deals, SPVs, and fundraising processes to senior partners. Maintain high organizational standards across CRM, tracking systems, and operational documentation. Contribute to relationship-building activities, including investor events, dinners, and travel coordination.
