Querétaro, Mexico (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary AGSE Mexico is seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to lead its Querétaro manufacturing operations supporting the aerospace industry. This role will oversee advanced fabrication, welding, CNC machining, assembly, finishing, quality, supply chain, and site administration functions in support of both domestic and international customers. Site Operations Leadership • Provide hands-on leadership for day-to-day operations of the Querétaro facility • Ensure timely and high-quality production of aerospace ground support equipment and fabricated assemblies • Oversee fabrication, welding, CNC machining, assembly, finishing, quality, supply chain, and HR functions 2.



Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement • Lead the ramp-up and ongoing development of a greenfield manufacturing site • Establish processes, workflows, and operational structures aligned with AGSE standards • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, lead time, and cost reduction • Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and structured problem-solving methodologies 3. Quality & Compliance • Implement and maintain AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with aerospace and regulatory requirements • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, STPS regulations, IMSS requirements, and EHS standards 4.
