Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager – Paid Media to serve as the bridge between our clients and our media buying team. This role combines client relationship management with a strong understanding of paid media strategy across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Rather than focusing on the day-to-day execution of campaigns, you will work closely with our media buyers to gather insights, communicate performance updates, present strategic recommendations, and ensure an exceptional client experience. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, translating technical information into actionable insights, and helping leadership maintain smooth operations while supporting the agency's continued growth.



Key Responsibilities Team Coordination & Communication Work closely with internal media buyers to gather campaign updates and performance insights. Coordinate communication between clients, media buyers, and leadership. Identify challenges proactively and ensure projects remain on track. Support operational processes and help maintain smooth day-to-day workflows. Performance & Analytics Monitor key performance indicators, including CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead quality. Review campaign performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. Support strategic decision-making through data analysis. Client & Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and long-term relationships.
