Job Summary
We are looking for a part-time Technical Customer Onboarding Specialist to help our clients seamlessly get started on our platform. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients, their Point of Sale (POS) systems, and our proprietary advertising platform. You'll guide them through setup, configure their initial ad campaigns, and ensure they have a fantastic experience from day one. Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Support : Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey with clear communication and a helpful attitude.
Technical Setup & Integration:
Assist clients in connecting their POS systems to our platform (training will be provided).
